Edelweiss Hotel: Flash based photo gallery

This is a photo gallery which displays a range of photographs taken at the Edelweiss Hotel which is completely bespoke. It was created with actionscript 3.0 using Adobe Flash CS5 and is desgined for embedding within a website. The gallery uses a variety of techniques which I have learned and the end product has proven to be very visually appealing.

Click the main image to load the webpage where the gallery is embedded to the exact 620x420 resolution or alternatively you can view a full-sized browser copy here.

University Project: British Rowing

This is an application which I created as part of a University project. This builds upon the previous flash techniques I learned for my last application and improves upon them. This application is designed to provide the reader with information relating to rowing, race dates, website information and rowing photography. It was desgined using actionscript 3.0 in Adobe Flash CS5. It will work on any touch screen PDA with a screen resolution of 240x320.

University Project: Alton Towers Application

This was the first flash application I created as part of a univerity project and was where I learned about button presses, scenes and image transformations. It provides the reader with a variety of information in regards to Alton towers so is mostly aimed at park visitors. It was built using slightly older technology - actionscript 2.0 with Adobe Flash CS4 to create it. It was built specifically for the IPAQ PDA with a screen resolution for 240x320.

You can access the application on the right if you have flash player enabled/installed. You can view my blogging notes to my step by step creation of this application here.
