Personal Statement
I am a recent graduate from the University of Chester currently residing in the Isle of Man. I graduated university with a 2:1 honours degree in Computer Science and am currently finishing my Masters of Science - Information Systems dissertation for which I am predicted a Merit.
I have undertaken related work experience in various companies such as The Edelweiss hotel, CoreRFID and the Manx Electricity Authority, all of which were ICT related roles which helped me to greatly further my skills in this sector.
During my latest placement at I had a variety of job roles in relation to networking, user support and hardware/software management which helped me greatly broaden my knowledge in a variety of areas and helped me learn more about working in a team to achieve overall goals.
University has given me a very broad skill set for which I can utilise in almost any IT related job. Although my work experience is mostly based in the user support area I would still be extremely interested in continuing web design related work which is a strong interest of mine.
